Served with sandwiches, enjoyed at summer cookouts, and dunked in delicious dips, I can’t think of anyone who doesn’t appreciate the crispy perfection of a lightly salted potato chip. Unfortunately, they also come with an unhealthy price and it’s difficult to enjoy foods that are bad for your health.

But great news!

You can enjoy a side of chips with your favorite healthy wrap or sandwich with half the fat and salt. Just air fry them from the comfort of your own kitchen. You’ll consume half the fat and get all the nutrients the humble potato has to offer!

Filled with potassium, essential vitamins, and fiber, sweet potatoes are as diverse as they are healthy. One of our favorite ways to enjoy this nutrient-rich vegetable is to air fry sweet potato chips.

Slightly sweet, these yams taste great with a simple sprinkle of salt or a more savory pinch of cumin. You can also enhance their already sweet flavor with our favorite combo–coconut oil, salt, cinnamon, and a dash of brown sugar.

Crispy Tortilla Chips

air frying tortilla chips plated salsa
Of all the foods I have ever tasted, my number one trigger food is a basket of straight-from-the-fryer tortillas chips with a side of chunky guacamole or spicy salsa. Unfortunately, I have trouble stopping at just a few and try to limit my chip consumption to every once in a while.

However, by air frying tortilla chips, I can still indulge in my favorite snack without worrying about unhealthy oils, additives, or saturated fat. Fried in vegetable oil, olive oil, or avocado oil, these chips are a hit on game day, at parties, or any time you want to treat yourself.
