- 1 yellow onion
- 4 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Cut the zucchini and yellow squash in 1/4 inch slices.
- Combine zucchini, yellow squash and olive oil.
- mix in the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper
- Put in air fryer for 15 minutes at 400 degrees
- While the zucchini and yellow squash cook, dice the yellow onion.
- When zucchini and yellow squash done, add the diced yellow onion.
- cook all for 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
