Preheat the air fryer to 390° F | 199° C
Prepare the rub by mixing the sea salt, cumin, pepper, and rosemary together.
Brush or spray the chicken with a thin layer of olive oil.
Put the rub in a plastic bag, and one by one, place the chicken thigh in the bag and shake the bag coating the chicken thoroughly.
Once all the chicken has been coated, air fry (in a single layer) for 20 minutes @ 390° F | 199° C turning each piece at 10 minutes. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches to keep with the single layer for even cooking.
