Preheat the air fryer to 380° F | 180° C for 5 minutes. Spritz air-frying pan with oil.
Melt butter in a saucepan, when the butter is melted, add in parmesan cheese, and garlic. Mix thoroughly, but do not overheat.
Remove the pre-heated air frying pan from the air fryer, and add a liner to the pan. Brush each wing with the garlic parmesan butter, and place them on the liner.
Air fry the wings for 20 minutes at 380° F | 180° C shaking the basket every 5 minutes. Brush on additional garlic parmesan butter, and air fry for 5 minutes at 400° F | 204° C. The temp change will add additional crispiness without burning.
Using a meat thermometer, find the largest wing, and check the temperature. Make sure that the chicken is heated to at least 160° F | 71° C. Add additional time as necessary to achieve 160° F | 71° C.
Plate and enjoy!
