If you’re a fan of Italian food, then this air fryer tomato basil chicken is the perfect, quick meal to enjoy after a long day. And the best part? Prepared in your air fryer, this dish is fast, simple, and packed with flavor.
Why Air Fry?
This one’s a no-brainer. When prepared in the air fryer, your chicken will be cooked to perfection with a slightly crisp outer layer that locks the moisture inside. The end result is the juiciest piece of chicken you have ever eaten. Trust me. Once you cook chicken in the air fryer, you’ll never bake or pan fry again.
How to Serve
This dish is diverse and can be paired with Italian herb fingerling potatoes and a salad. It’s also great served over angel hair pasta with a light sauce. Add buttered slices of garlic bread or go carb-free and serve the chicken over salad greens. Whatever way you choose, you can’t go wrong with this dish.
