- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup fresh chopped basil
- 1 lb cherry tomatoes,chopped
- 4 cloves fresh garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 4 oz can tomato paste
In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, basil, tomatoes, garlic, oregano and salt and pepper (to taste).
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Brush both sides with marinade.
Pace chicken in air fryer basket and cook at 360 for 20-25 minutes, depending upon the thickness of the chicken. Turn once halfway through cooking.
Plate and enjoy.
