If you’re a lover of grilled cheese in its simplest form, then allow me to introduce to you our delicious three-cheese grilled cheese sandwich, toasted to perfection in under three minutes with the help of your air fryer.
While the gourmet grilled cheese movement is still going strong, some people like to keep things basic: bread and cheese. If you fall into this category, then you’re going to love this simple, yet satisfying take on a plain, old fashioned grilled cheese sandwich. The key to creating this mouth-watering sandwich is all in the bread and combination of cheeses.
I highly recommend thick-sliced brioche, buttered on both sides for this sandwich. However, if you want super simple and super basic, plain old white bread will do just fine. For the three kinds of cheese, you can use any variety that suits you, but I recommend my three favorites: Colby-Jack, Provolone, and Havarti. These cheeses combine for an indulgent grilled cheese experience that will be the perfect accompaniment for your favorite soup or salad.
Seriously. You can’t go wrong with this one.
