Ketchup for your fries?? No way — not when there are so many much more civilized options available. Try this recipe for Spicy Mango Mayonnaise for example. It’s got sweet mango taste, a bit of tang from the mayo, and a bit of Tabasco zip for good measure.
Spicy Mayo
Spicy mayonnaise makes a great dipping sauce for fries, chicken fries, chicken strips, or air fryer potato chips. The possibilities are endless for this super tasty condiment.

- 3 mangoes Ripe, cut into 1" pieces (remove skins)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise vegan or otherwise
- 1/2 tsp honey or agave
- 2 drops Tobasco sauce or more to taste

Puree the mango in a blender until very smooth. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth(or just use a juicer). Discard pulp.

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey/agave, mango juice, and 2 drops of Tabasco sauce. Mix thoroughly.

Give your mango mayo a quick taste, if you feel it needs more Tabasco, this is a great time to add it. A little goes a long way.
