General Wong doesn’t disappoint (does he ever??) with this variant of traditional Chinese Beef & Broccoli. Make this at home and avoid the MSG-induced coma you’ll likely endure picking this up at the local Chinese eatery. One of my favorites and also one of our favorite healthy air fryer recipes. Serves four.
This beef and broccoli recipe is a fabulous recipe for a weeknight, date night, lunch, or dinner. Beef and broccoli are super easy and especially easy in an air fryer. Substitute in tofu or sliced chicken, if that is your jam. I highly doubt anyone will doubt your kitchen skills after tasting this amazing recipe.
