No pre-made rice? No problem! You can cook a few servings in as little as five minutes! Fried rice is always a favorite at our table, especially with our son, who always loves to help add spices, oils, and other ingredients while we are cooking.

This recipe is one you’ll definitely want to add to your meal rotation.
- 2 cups cooked white rice although we have a rice cooker, you can use minute rice, or frozen rice, if you want a quick solution.
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
In a medium-sized bowl, mix together frozen vegetables, pre-cooked white rice, NOT the egg at this time.
In a small bowl beat the egg with a whisk or fork.
Preheat air fryer to 350° F | 176° C for 5 minutes.
Spray a 7" cake pan with oil. Put the mixture in the cake pan in the air fryer
Cook at 350° F | 176° C for 10-12 minutes, stirring twice during cooking, making sure to chop up the egg as it hardens.
Pour the egg over the cooked fried rice, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, add any additional time you deem necessary.
Scoop into a bowl, and enjoy!
