- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup frozen vegetables
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Mix together frozen vegetables, cooked white rice, vegetable oil and egg
Put mixture in cake pan in air fryer
Cook at 400° F / 200° C for 20 minutes, stirring twice during cooking
