Don’t worry, you’re not alone in your dilemma. In fact, we have great news! Serving up delicious wings at home is achieved with minimal effort, thanks to this recipe for easy air fryer buffalo wings!
Simply open the bag, line your air fryer basket with wings, set your time and temperature, and toss with your favorite sauce! Dinner is ready in 30 minutes! And these air fryer wings are juicy and packed with flavor. And if you’re on a low-carb or carb-restricted diet, the news gets even better. These wings are perfect for followers of Paleo, The Whole 30, and Keto, as long as you use buffalo sauce that isn’t loaded with sugar (Sweet Baby Ray’s Buffalo sauce tastes great and has only 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving!).
So let your air fryer do the work for you this week as you plan for evening meals during the workweek. While the wings are cooking, slice up some celery and serve these wings with ranch dressing and pair it with your favorite beer.
- 1-2 pounds chicken wings frozen
- 2-3 Tbsp Buffalo sauce Sweet Baby Ray's
Spritz your air fryer basket with your favorite oil (I used avocado)
Line the basket of your air fryer with frozen chicken wings.
Cook at 400°F | 204°C for approximately 12 minutes.
Shake the basket or turn the wings for even cooking. If desired, spritz with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper or other preferred seasonings.
Cook at 400°F | 204°C for an additional 12-13 minutes, or until cooked through.
Move wings to a large bowl and toss with buffalo sauce. You may return the wings to the air fryer and cook at 400 an additional 5 minutes if you so desire.
