- olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions for Air Frying Scallops
- Brush olive oil onto top of filets
- place into air fryer and cook for 2 minutes at 390 degrees
- flip scallops to brown on other side
- cook for another 2 minutes at 390 degrees
