Stuffed chicken breasts are one of my favorite meals. Whether the breasts are stuffed with broccoli and cheese, mozzarella, or brie and apple, the air fryer is THE best option for cooking tender and juicy stuffed chicken breast.
We found these breasts pre-made at our local supermarket. They were stuffed with brie and apple and they were amazing. But if your store doesn’t have these pre-made gems, then you can easily make your own stuffed chicken. How, do you say? Easy. Just split a breast, add small slices of cheese and, if you prefer, apples cut into diced cubes, or do the same with broccoli, asparagus, peppers, or whatever suits your fancy. Do a simple egg wash on your chicken, dip into some panko crumbs…and voila! The perfect stuffed chicken breast.
So what do you serve these chicken breasts with? Although the possibilities are literally endless, some of our favorites include these amazing air fryer sides:
- Air Fryer Cauliflower
- Air Fryer Broccoli (with Lemon Pepper)
- Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts
- Air Fryer Asparagus
- Air Fryer Roasted Potatoes
- Air Fryer Zucchini, Yellow Squash, and Onion
